Musicians arrive in concert dress, set up without fuss, and perform to the brief.
What we provide
Carol concerts, gala dinners, drinks receptions, office parties — we tailor the ensemble and repertoire to your event. A carol concert might call for a full choir of eight singers with an organist. A drinks reception might suit a vocal quartet performing a mix of traditional carols and popular Christmas music. A formal dinner might need a soloist for one set piece.
Luca Wetherall, our Artistic Director, discusses your event with you or your event coordinator, then sends a proposal with ensemble options and a programme outline. We handle all coordination with your venue or event manager. Our musicians arrive in concert dress, set up without fuss, and perform to the brief.
Beyond the music, we can help organise the wider event. We assist with finding and booking a venue, printing programmes, and arranging refreshments — so you can hand off as much or as little of the planning as you like.
