Funeral directors
When a family asks for live music, you make one call and we send a written running order before the service. If you would rather carry the cost on your own bill, we invoice the funeral home against a purchase order.

Wedding planners and venue coordinators
We plan the music with the couple or with you, whichever you prefer, and send a written running order a week before the wedding.

Event managers
We sing at awards dinners, launches and galas, and at the December carol service. We put your purchase order and buyer reference on the invoice.

Hotels and venues
We sing carols in the lobby, at festive afternoon tea and at the light switch-on. The singers work unaccompanied, so you provide floor space and nothing else.

Property managers
We sing residents’ carol evenings in the lobby or courtyard. The building supplies no power or stage, and we invoice the managing agent.

Most livery companies book two things from us in December: the carol service, in the hall or a City church, and grace at the Christmas court dinner.

Charities
At a ticketed carol concert in a hired church, we lead the carols and keep quiet while you make the appeal. We give charities a discount at our discretion, so ask when you get in touch.

In every trade booking
- Public liability insurance. We email the certificate the day you ask for it.
- One person to deal with: Luca Wetherall, our Artistic Director.
- An invoice from Alma Consort Ltd to the company you name, with your purchase order or reference on it.

Alma Consort, our elite ensemble
When a client wants our best, we send Alma Consort: eight to twenty-four voices drawn from the finest singers we work with. They are prize-winning graduates of the Royal Academy of Music, the Royal College of Music, the Guildhall School and Oxford and Cambridge, and they travel from London to sing weddings, memorials and private concerts across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia.
Planners, estates and private offices book Alma Consort on its own terms, with standing arrangements and invoices in three currencies.
