An eighth-century Irish text sung to the folk melody Slane. Especially beautiful in a choral setting with organ accompaniment.
Ubi Caritas
A modern setting of the Latin antiphon “where charity and love are, God is there.” Sung unaccompanied. One of the most requested pieces at weddings and funerals alike — read why it suits a wedding.
Anima Christi
A fourteenth-century Latin prayer set by Monsignor Marco Frisina of the Diocese of Rome, sung here by a quintet with one soprano on the melody. Catholic families ask for it at Nuptial Masses and Requiems alike, and a soloist with an organist carries it equally well. Schubert's beloved setting — by far the most requested piece across all our services. Traditionally performed by a solo soprano.
How Great Thou Art
A hymn of tremendous power. The choral harmonies build gradually, culminating in one of the most stirring climaxes in all congregational music.
Ave Verum Corpus
Mozart's sublime motet — four minutes of stillness, written in the last weeks of his life. Many musicians consider it the most perfect short piece of choral music there is.
The Lord's My Shepherd
The most chosen hymn at funerals across the United Kingdom, sung here to the Crimond melody. Gentle and familiar, and a hymn most congregations sing without needing the words.
Amazing Grace
Perhaps the world’s best-known hymn. It carries just as well sung by one voice as by a full choir.
Jerusalem
Parry's magnificent setting of Blake's visionary poem. A favourite at weddings, memorials, and national occasions — thrilling with a full choir and organ.

Blue Christmas
The Elvis number, sung in harmony. We put it between the traditional carols at drinks receptions and office parties. Most years our December dates go by the middle of September, so see Christmas carol services or hire carol singers.
Fields of Gold
Sting's gentle, luminous ballad. Perfectly suited to a solo voice with piano accompaniment — reflective and warm, without being sad. A beautiful choice for celebrations of life.
Somewhere Over the Rainbow
It speaks to hope and yearning without demanding sadness. Disarmingly simple, and often chosen to capture someone's optimism or adventurous spirit.
In Paradisum
The closing movement of the Fauré Requiem — which never rises above a hush. One of the most beautiful pieces in the choral repertoire.
