Ensembles and prices
Each price covers up to two hours, a rehearsal included, at a venue in Greater London. Christmas dates cost the same, except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, which cost around 25% more.

The price includes a music consultation with Luca Wetherall, rehearsals, sheet music, liaison with your venue, funeral director, or planner, and travel within Greater London.

How booking works
Send us the date, the venue, and the occasion, and we reply with a written quote within one working day. A booking is confirmed once we have your signed booking confirmation and the first payment. You can pay in full or in two equal instalments, except that a service ten days or fewer away is paid in a single payment. Half the fee is a non-refundable deposit that secures the date, and the balance is due 48 hours before the service. If you cancel more than thirty days before the service, we refund anything you have paid beyond the deposit; if you cancel thirty days or fewer before it, the full fee is due.

Where we sing
We are based in London and sing across the UK. For a venue outside Greater London we add travel to the written quote before you book. We have London and city pages for the places we sing most often, among them Birmingham, Manchester, Oxford, Cambridge, and Brighton. Weddings and private engagements abroad go to Alma Consort, the ensemble Luca directs.
People
Luca Wetherall founded The London Choral Service and auditions every singer and instrumentalist on the team. He is a Tutor in the Faculty of Music at the University of Oxford and a Clarendon Scholar there. His faculty page lists his teaching and his Clarendon funding, and his research is on ORCID.
