For wedding planners
Music your couples will talk about for years, with none of the chasing
Professional singers and choirs for the planners and venue coordinators arranging music on behalf of couples. We deal with the couple directly when you want, or with you when that suits better, and we send a written running order a week before the wedding.
We work with planners across the United Kingdom every week. Custom arrangements at no extra charge, transparent pricing the couple can budget against, and an Artistic Director who picks up the phone himself.
Or call Luca directly on 07356 042468.
How we work with planners
You introduce us to the couple by email, by phone, or by sending them this page. Luca Wetherall, our Artistic Director, takes it from there. He spends 20 minutes on a call with the couple working out what they want, sends recordings of the suggested repertoire, and sends a written quote within 24 hours. The couple knows the cost before they commit.
Three to six months ahead is the ideal lead time, especially for popular dates between May and September. Shorter timelines work too. We can usually confirm a quartet within a week if the date is clear, and we have rescued more than one wedding when the previous musicians fell through three weeks out.
You stay in the loop on whatever cadence suits you. Some planners want every email copied; some want a single sign-off when the running order is finalised; some want us to handle everything and only call them if there is a problem. Tell us what works and we follow your lead.
What your couples receive
A direct conversation with Luca, who has worked on hundreds of weddings. He listens to the couple and suggests music that fits both the venue and the tone of the day. Couples who arrive saying “we have no idea what music to have” leave the call with a complete plan they are excited about.
Custom arrangements come at no extra charge. If a couple wants a Bach chorale, a pop song, a hymn arranged for a small ensemble, or a piece their grandparents played at their own wedding, we arrange it for the chosen voices and rehearse it before the day. Recordings of the suggested arrangements go to the couple before they commit.
A confirmed running order goes to you and the couple a week before the wedding. It lists every piece, every position in the ceremony, who is performing it, and how long it lasts. The officiant gets a copy. We rehearse with the organist, if there is one, by phone in advance.
“We had no idea what music to choose and Luca made it so easy. He sent us recordings of every piece and we planned the whole ceremony over two short calls. On the day it was seamless.”
On the day
Musicians arrive an hour before the ceremony. They introduce themselves to your team, find their position with the officiant, run through any cues with the wedding party, and set up quietly without disturbing guests as they arrive.
Technical needs are minimal. For most ceremonies all we need is a small clear space for the singers to stand and good acoustic visibility to where the couple will exchange vows. If the venue has no piano or organ and the couple wants accompaniment, we bring a portable keyboard and need one standard 13-amp socket within ten metres. For outdoor ceremonies, we discuss whether light amplification is needed in advance.
After the ceremony, we can continue through drinks and the wedding breakfast if the couple wants a single musical thread running through the whole day. A jazz trio over canapés, a string quartet during the meal, or a sextet leading guests in singing — whatever fits the brief.
“Our guests kept saying the music was the highlight. The choir sang during the signing of the register and you could hear a pin drop. Perfect.”
What it costs the couple
Transparent, published pricing the couple can budget against. Every booking includes the music consultation with Luca, a written running order, and on-the-day coordination. Custom arrangements are included.
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should we book?
Three to six months ahead is ideal for popular dates between May and September. Shorter timelines work too — we can often confirm a quartet within a week if the date is clear. Bookings outside the peak season are usually possible at very short notice.
Can you arrange custom pieces?
Yes. Custom arrangements come at no extra charge. If a couple wants a Bach chorale, a pop song, or anything in between for the signing of the register, we arrange it for their chosen ensemble and rehearse it before the day. Recordings of the suggested arrangement go to the couple before they commit.
What technical setup do you need?
For most ceremonies, none beyond a small clear space for the singers to stand. If the venue has no piano or organ and the couple wants accompaniment, we bring a portable keyboard and need one standard 13-amp socket within ten metres. We bring our own stands, music, and water.
Do you perform at outdoor ceremonies?
Yes, with light amplification if needed. Singers project well outdoors but a string quartet or solo voice can be lost in open air. We discuss the venue acoustics with you in advance and bring discreet PA if it suits the setting. Marquee weddings, garden ceremonies, and stately home lawns are all routine for us.
How do you invoice?
The couple pays us directly. We send the invoice to whomever you nominate, with a 30 percent deposit at booking and the balance due 14 days before the wedding. We can invoice the planner if you prefer to absorb the music into your overall package — just tell us at the booking.
