How quickly do you reply?
Within 48 hours, usually much sooner. For short-notice funeral enquiries we reply same-day.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
The date and time, the venue (with postcode if you have it), and the approximate ensemble size you’re considering. If you don’t know the size, that’s fine — tell us the occasion and we’ll suggest options.
Can I phone instead of emailing?
Yes — call 07356 042468. Email is often faster because we can attach example recordings and a written quote, but for short-notice or sensitive enquiries the phone is best.
