What we provide
Every funeral booking includes a personal consultation with Luca Wetherall, our Artistic Director. He will talk through your music choices, suggest repertoire that suits the tone you want, and handle coordination with your funeral director and officiant. You receive a confirmed running order at least 48 hours before the service.
On the day, our singers rehearse in the venue, check acoustics, and confirm positions with the officiant. During the service, they lead all of the congregational hymns and perform up to three choral or solo pieces. After the service, they can provide reflective music as mourners leave.
We perform in churches, crematoriums, chapels, synagogues, and outdoor spaces across the UK. Most families complete the whole process in two or three short conversations. If time is short, do not wait: we have arranged singers at a few hours’ notice before, and most families contact us two to five days before the service.
We sing at churches, crematoriums, and chapels across the UK — most often in London, Oxford, and Manchester, but we travel further when families need us.
Many of our bookings are for non-religious or humanist services — celebrations of life held at crematoriums, woodland venues, or community halls. We adapt the music accordingly: secular songs and instrumental pieces work as well as hymns, and a soloist or small ensemble suits the more intimate format. If a musician falls ill we cover the part from within the team. We never cancel a booking for reasons on our side.

How we build the ensemble
Singers who rehearse together tune to one another and breathe in the same places. Four singers meeting for the first time on the morning of the funeral are still working that out during the first hymn. We keep the team small, so the same voices sing together from one booking to the next, and Luca Wetherall auditions every singer before they work for a family.
Our singers on the day
Our singers are in the building 45 to 60 minutes before the service and check in with the funeral director on arrival. They wear plain dark dress unless you ask for something else, stand at the back rather than the front, and post nothing about the service.

He Shall Feed His Flock
One of the most tender and consoling arias in all of Handel’s Messiah. Gentle, unhurried, and peaceful.
Ubi Caritas
A modern setting of the Latin antiphon “where charity and love are, God is there.” Sung unaccompanied, so it needs no organ. Families most often place it at the entry of the coffin or as a reflection after the eulogy.
Anima Christi
The Latin prayer that asks to be called in the hour of death, set by Monsignor Marco Frisina and sung here by a quintet. The most beloved hymn at funerals across the United Kingdom, sung here to the well-known Crimond melody. Gentle, familiar, and comforting.

Flat prices. The quote we send is the price you pay. Each booking includes a personal consultation, custom repertoire planning, and coordination with your venue.
A soloist starts from £250; a quartet from £1,150; a quintet £1,400; a sextet £1,600; full choirs from £2,000. All ensemble sizes include preparation, travel within London, and a music director on the day. We hold diary space for short-notice bookings.

How much notice do you need for a funeral?
We take bookings at short notice and confirm availability the same day. Most funerals come to us with one or two weeks' notice, and we have covered services booked within forty-eight hours. Tell us the date and we will tell you straight away whether we can be there.
Can you sing at a crematorium as well as a church?
Yes. We sing at crematoria, churches, cemetery chapels, and woodland burial sites across the UK. A soloist or small group suits the shorter crematorium slot; a larger choir suits a church service with hymns. We match the ensemble to the venue and the time you have.
Can you learn a song the family has asked for?
Yes. If a piece mattered to the person who died, we prepare it, whether it is a hymn, a pop song, or something from the classical repertoire. Send us the song and we arrange it for the voices you have booked.
Will the singers lead the hymns so guests feel confident?
That is one of the main reasons families book us. Trained voices carry the melody, so a congregation that half-remembers a hymn will still join in. It is the difference between a silent room and one that sings.
