How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, usually the same day. For a funeral in the next 48 hours, WhatsApp is quickest.

What information should I include in my enquiry?

The date and time, the venue (with postcode if you have it), and the approximate ensemble size you’re considering. If you don’t know the size, that’s fine — tell us the occasion and we’ll suggest options.

Can I phone instead of emailing?

Yes, on 07356 042468. WhatsApp is fastest, though, and email suits you if you want recordings and a written quote.

Can I hear a piece before I book?

Yes. Our films are on the listen page, and our Christmas films on the Christmas recordings page. If you want to hear a particular piece, say so in your message and we’ll send a recording if we have one, with a sample repertoire list. The list shows pieces we often sing, and you can choose music that is not on it.

Do you add VAT to the quote?

No. Fees are all-inclusive; we are not VAT-registered. Our invoice carries no VAT: the fee in the written quote is the total we charge.
